Where is TADAM! DESIGN jewellery made?

All TADAM! DESIGN jewellery desserts are handcrafted in our artisan studios in Vilnius, Lithuania.

 

Who makes the jewellery?

The concept author and brand founder Deimante Litvinaite (Ms) creates the designs, and then the team of qualified artisans turns them into beautiful ceramic, sterling sliver 925 and 24K gold plated sterling silver 925 details. Finally, Deimante creatively combines those details with additional elements to form stunning jewellery pieces.

 

What are the jewellery desserts made of? 

Only highest-quality materials are used in producing our jewellery desserts. The ingredients are:

THE SWEET COURSE FOR YOUR EYES collection of pendant necklaces: various clays, ceramic glazes, precious metal (gold or platinum) lustres, sterling silver 925 and 24K gold plated sterling silver 925 chains.

The SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY collection of pendant necklaces: various clays, ceramic glazes, precious metal (gold or platinum) lustres, sterling silver 925 or 24K gold plated sterling silver 925 finishings, waxed acrylic cords.

TINY TREAT jewellery: sterling silver 925 or 24K gold plated sterling silver 925 elements, waxed acrylic cords.

 

How is the jewellery produced? 

Different materials and technology are used to create individual collections by TADAM! DESIGN.

THE SWEET COURSE FOR YOUR EYES and SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY pendants originally are pieces of clay, which are stamped by hand into a gypsum form. Kept to dry for a couple of days, they get into a hot oven, and then are cooled and covered with a layer of ceramic glaze. Then the future beauties must endure another bath of heat. Prior to getting into the oven for the third time, they are covered with a precious metal (gold or platinum) lustre.

A thorough individual hand making production process allows every neck and eyes to be flattered by a unique pendant, having no identical copy.

THE SWEET COURSE FOR YOUR EYES items come with sterling silver or 24K gold plated sterling silver finishings and chains, whereas the SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY pieces have sterling silver or 24K gold plated sterling silver finishings and waxed acrylic cords of matching colours.

The COSMOS CANDY collection pendants are also handmade using a special Japanese ceramic technique of creating inimitable marble patterns with colored clays, called nerikomi, and are also fired in a ceramic oven up to 5 times.

It takes up to 10 days to create every item for the SWEET COURSE FOR YOUR EYES, SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY and COSMOS CANDY collection.

The TINY TREAT collection pieces are made from sterling silver, 24K gold plated sterling silver and waxed acrylic of a variety of colours (cords for bracelets). The minimalistic modern-shape elements are firmly attached to the TINY TREAT bracelet cords by hand.

All TADAM! DESIGN collections are designed and created in Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union.

 

What are the chains made of?

The chains are either of sterling silver 925 or 24K gold-over sterling silver 925. Pendant necklaces in the SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY collection come with waxed acrylic cords.

 

Are the pendants decorated with real gold/platinum? 

Part of our jewellery desserts is decorated with a ceramic gold or platinum lustre, which is not pure gold or pure platinum, but contains up to 12% of the precious metal.

 

Can your jewellery items cause allergies?

All of our items are hypoallergenic nickel-free jewellery. However, you must be cautious if you happen to experience any allergic reactions when wearing gold or sterling silver jewellery.

 

How can you tell if an item of TADAM! DESIGN jewellery is the real deal?

Each pendant from our collection has the clearly visible first brand letter - T - stamped on the side of it. Also, the sterling silver or 24K gold plated sterling silver chains come with original sterling silver or 24K gold plated sterling silver plates with the ‘Jewellery Dessert’ engraving on one side and TADAM! DESIGN logo on the other.

TINY TREAT bracelets come with the letter T sterling silver or gold plated sterling silver details firmly attached to bracelets.

Do you accept custom orders?

No, custom orders are not accepted, except TINY TREAT bracelets – you are welcome to contact us should you be willing to have more or different desserts and/or letters on your bracelet.



SIZING

Do pendants come in different sizes?

Dimensions of each pendant are specified in each product description. Due to the individual hand making process sizes of pendants of the same model may slightly differ. No other sizes than indicated are available.


Do chains and cords come in different lengths?

In THE SWEET COURSE FOR YOUR EYES collection all chains come in one size only. Each pendant comes with a 75 cm long sterling silver or 24K gold-over sterling silver chain. However, jewellery with acrylic cords (SWEET COURSE ~ PLAY and TINY TREAT collections) is easily adjustable to have your preferable size.




EXTRA SUPPLEMENTS

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All of our jewellery pieces are shipped to customers already gift-wrapped for no extra cost. Also, an additionally enclosed original black cotton bag is designed to keep and carry the jewellery safely and comfortably.

Could I get your brand card to write my personal message?

A special TADAM! - HORNS AWAY, PIES TO PLAY postcard, an artistic improvisation of the Lady With a Unicorn by Raphael, comes in addition to the jewellery dessert ordered without additional request and for no extra cost.

Can I ask you to include a personal message on your brand card? 

This is definitely not our regularly provided service, but we might try to do our best for you upon your request.

Can I ask to exclude the invoice from the parcel containing a gift?

Sure, we can exclude the invoice from the parcel upon your request.


 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION 

If an active ADD TO CART button is displayed next to a product in your online shop, does it mean that the piece is really in stock?

All of our products are made individually by hand, meaning that they are produced only in very limited quantities. Therefore, it might be possible that the piece that you wish to buy is not in stock, even though an active ADD TO CART is displayed next to the product.

We will definitely contact you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock or we are experiencing a delay in order processing. Also, you are welcome to feel free to Contact us for the real-time availability of any item you are interested in purchasing.

 

A piece of jewellery I liked is not displayed on your e-shop any longer. What should I do?

Feel free to Contact us and we will check if the item has been excluded permanently or just temporarily as well as see what we can offer for you.

 

When will I get my order and transaction confirmation? 

Once you make an order on our online shop and your payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending our first confirmation email to you as soon as possible at the email address you provided in your order form.

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a second email with our final confirmation and expected delivery date.

 

My order was not accepted. Why?

If your order is rejected or your item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund. Your payments will be returned to your account no later than within 30 days.

We reserve the right not to accept your order at any time at our discretion. 


 

DELIVERY

May I get my several orders shipped in one package?

We reserve the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately. Order dispatches and deliveries are subject to payment clearance, stock availability and order destination.

 

What are the delivery costs?

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!* with the national LT POST carrier.* Free worldwide shipping is offered with an exception of a few countries due to the shipping interference.

We offer DHL express worldwide shipping as well.

Exact shipping options and fees can be seen in the shopping cart page for each product separately. The final delivery price depends on the shipment option selected. 

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our order dispatch times may vary from 3 days to up to 3 weeks, depending on the real-time stock availability.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Also, you can anytime Contact us to inquire about the real-time availability of our jewellery desserts.

The order processing and dispatch time may sometimes extend up to 3 weeks, in case the ordered item is not in stock and needs to be newly handcrafted for you.

Do you ship your products anywhere worldwide?

Can I choose the in-office pickup option?

No, the in-office pickup is not available.

 

Can I place an urgent order?

Please Contact us and tell how urgent your order is. We will see what we can do about it and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with our final confirmation, expected delivery date and a tracking code to ease the delivery progress follow-up.

PRODUCT CARE 

Are there any product care guidelines I must follow?

Yes. Treat your jewellery dessert with care:

- avoid dropping, hitting or scratching your jewellery dessert against any hard surfaces (e.g. ground, counter tops, car keys in your pocket or purse etc.) – the item can get scratched, crack or break into pieces;

- do not rub your jewellery;

- do not detach any jewellery elements from the cord without a professional assistance;

- keep your jewellery dessert in a separate cotton bag or box. Make sure you don’t store multiple jewellery pieces in the same bag: the individual pieces can scratch each other;

- store your jewellery in dry spaces, other than your bathroom.

 

I accidentally dropped my pendant necklace and it broke. Why?

High-quality ceramic pieces are durable, but they may crack or break if handled or worn improperly.

 

The sterling silver chain got dark and lost its subtle glitter. Why?

Silver jewellery oxidizes naturally with air and humidity. Household chemicals, perspiration, chlorinated water, skin cosmetics and perfumes, worn fabrics etc. may also influence the jewellery durability and initial appearance change – so be sure to take off your jewellery when doing sports, taking a sauna, swimming in chlorinated or salty water etc. Occasional polishing with a special jewellery cloth will clean the tarnished sterling silver and keep it shiny for longer.

 

The gold decor changed its colour and doesn’t look good any more. Why?

The gold layer on the chains and other gold plated sterling silver details as well as the precious metal decor on the pendants tend to disappear over time. The speed at which they disappear depends on the way in which the jewellery is cared for. Loss of the layer is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.

It is not recommended to wear jewellery when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up.

Occasional cleaning with a special jewellery cloth will keep the gold plated silver chain and details shiny for longer. 




CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Can I change my mind and cancel my purchase after I placed an order but it hasn’t yet been delivered?

You have the right to cancel the order before the product is dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via our Contact us page and provide your name, address and order number in your message. We will return the payments made to your account not later than within 30 days. It you have changed your mind and your order is already shipped to you, please follow the procedure indicated in the CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE policy.

 

What should I do if I have received a faulty piece? 

If the delivered product is faulty, you must Contact us and inform our customer service about the said defect as soon as you noticed the defect but not later than within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order. We will gladly replace the faulty product, but, if this is not possible, we will reimburse you with the full amount (including return shipping expenses).

 

What should I do if the jewellery I bought online arrived damaged or broken?

If you received the product damaged or broken during the shipment, you must Contact us and inform our customer service about the said defect as soon as you noticed the defect but not later than within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order. We will gladly replace the damaged product at our own expense, but, if this is not possible, we will reimburse you with the full amount of costs paid by you. 

If you bought your jewellery dessert elsewhere please contact the shop you made your purchase at.


Are there any deadlines for returns and reimbursement?

You have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the day when you received the product.

The reimbursement will take place to your account as soon as we have received and inspected the returned products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when we have received the returned products. You will receive an email confirmation to indicate that the refund has gone through.


Can I return a slightly worn jewellery piece within the 14-days period?

You have the right to return a product if: 

(i) the order has been cancelled according to these Terms and Conditions by notifying our customer service via Contact us page within fourteen (14) days of the product delivery, or the product has been shipped to us at the address Tauro str. 18-3, Vilnius 03106, Lithuania within said fourteen (14) days for returning purposes;

(ii) the product has not been used other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the products have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, you will lose your right to exercise a return;

(iii) the product is in identical condition that you received it and all the parts of the product as well as the original invoice are included in the package;

(iv) the product has been repackaged into its original package;

(v) the product was purchased on www.tadamshop.com online shop.

 

What happens if the product gets damaged or lost during the return shipment? Who will bear the responsibility?

When returning the products you will be responsible for the risk of damages during the return delivery. We can only refund goods that are returned in the condition they were sent, and not for any lost or stolen items.

 

Will I get all my money back if I return the product to you?

We will refund you on the original price of the item returned under all requirements and in a perfect condition, but not including the shipping costs.

We will only cover forward shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is a result of our error, i.e. the products are faulty or they where damaged during the shipment. If the product is faulty or damaged during the shipment, you must Contact us and inform our customer service about the said defect as soon as you noticed the defect but not later than within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order. We will not reimburse you with the costs before we have confirmed the defect in the product.

We will not reimburse the product return shipping cost, however, we will ship a new product to you free of charge.

In case you wish to get a new product after you returned the faulty one, we will ship a new item to you at our own cost. 

 

When will I get my money back if you confirm and accept the product return and reimbursement? 

The reimbursement will take place to your account as soon as we have received and inspected the returned products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when we have received the returned products. You will receive an email confirmation to indicate that the refund has gone through.


Are there any items that are neither returnable nor refundable?

Items bought on sale are not returnable for exchange or refund. All sales are final. 

Also, no refund may be made if you have not exercised your right of return under the Terms and Conditions.

What should I enclose into the returnable product parcel?

You must enclose:

- the product in perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging;

- an original invoice;

- a filled-in Return Request Form.

 

PAYMENT

Which methods of payment are acceptable on your online shop? 

We accept PayPal and other payment types available on Paysera payment system. Please check the available payment types offered by Paysera for the country you are based in here

Payments made online are debited in Euros. Please note that all prices shown in foreign currency are for reference purposes only.

 

What should I do if I don’t have a PayPal account?

If you do not already have an account with PayPal then you will need to register. This doesn't take long and it is very easy - all you will need is a credit card or bank account. Information about the PayPal payment system may be found on the PayPal website.



WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Do you provide any guarantee for your products?

Items are treated as faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase.

Our warranty provided herein does not include normal tear and wear due to use of the product. Furthermore, our warranty does not include defects due to negligence in products care. A thorough care guide for our products can be found in the PRODUCT CARE section above.
